DAYTON, Ohio, September 12, 2023 — TriComB2B, a national agency focused on business-to-business (B2B) marketing of technical products and services, announced today it is now leasing office space on the third floor of downtown Dayton’s The Manhattan building.
TriComB2B employs 41 team members, consisting mostly of Dayton locals and several fully remote employees located across the U.S. In 2013, TriComB2B first moved downtown from their office and warehouse space in Vandalia to Performance Place, with just 31 employees. Now, the agency claims its downtown Dayton presence has become an integral part of the business.
TriComB2B states on their website, “We’re all in on Dayton — every day,” and the agency describes downtown as “an authentic city with a vibrant urban culture.” Long-time friends, co-owners and agency principals Chris Eifert and John Buscemi believe their investments downtown even serve as a differentiator during the recruitment process, helping them attract new talent to the business.
“When we were evaluating new spaces, we only considered options downtown,” Buscemi said. “Our team knows a vibrant urban core is important to our region’s future, and they enthusiastically supported our decision to remain downtown. Our move to The Manhattan building is an exciting change because it offers the flexible, collaborative space we need as a creative business, and the surrounding neighborhood’s energy and amenities make it the perfect place to come together as a team.”
In addition to the investment in office space downtown, TriComB2B is dedicated as a business to supporting Dayton and exposing the agency’s team to all that downtown has to offer. TriComB2B is an original season ticket holder at the Dayton Dragons stadium and a series sponsor for the Levitt Pavilion.
Outside of regular business activities, TriComB2B employees serve on two of Dayton Public Schools’ (DPS) technology center advisory groups and lead a yearly scholarship program, in addition to the many personal projects and local boards that Buscemi, Eifert and the rest of the team support.
TriComB2B began operations inside The Manhattan building on September 1, immediately taking advantage of the space’s unique design, which features historic fixtures like exposed brick, high ceilings and large column supports. TriComB2B’s new third-floor office offers plenty of open space, modern meeting rooms, collaboration areas and more to support the agency’s hybrid work model.
