DAYTON, Ohio, May 18, 2022 — TriComB2B, a national agency focused on business-to-business (B2B) marketing of technical products and services, announced today it has hired four additional team members: Nicole Johnson, Erin Lane, Danielle Morgan and Lindsay Welton.

With the continued growth of agency personnel and an ever-changing workplace environment, Johnson will manage client communications and correspondence, assist with event planning, and support the agency principals with company billing and more to streamline office and off-site operations.

“Nicole’s welcoming personality, attention to detail and willingness to take on any challenge make her a great fit for our team,” said John Buscemi, principal. “As we continue to grow as an agency, having someone dedicated to our agency operations is more important than ever.”

Lane’s digital marketing and client services background position her as a key new hire for the Client Services team. She joins the agency as an account coordinator, where she will implement and manage ongoing marketing automation programs for customers. As the need for marketing automation in B2B continues to grow, she will act as the agency’s expert for creating data-driven, targeted campaigns.

“Erin’s digital marketing and communications experience, combined with her proven knowledge of automated program development, is a huge asset to our team,” said Whitney Alexander, senior account executive. “Her passion, drive and go-getter personality make her the perfect fit for our growing agency.”

Morgan joins the Client Services team as a senior account executive, bringing with her a diverse range of strategic marketing and project management experience. Her role will support the growth of new and existing business accounts. Throughout her years of agency experience, she has supported a wide variety of industries, including automotive, health care, technology and software as a service (SaaS) marketing.

“Having worked with Danielle prior, I am extremely pleased that she has joined the TriComB2B team,” said Greg Setter, account director. “With over a decade in the industry, she offers extensive knowledge in brand alignment, strategic campaign initiatives and client development.”

Welton joins the agency as a production artist, bolstering TriComB2B’s digital design and creative capabilities as the organization continues to expand in these areas. Previously, she worked for a Dayton-based design agency, where she developed web and print marketing materials and helped to generate and execute ideas for a variety of clients, including the University of Dayton, P&G, the Dayton Dragons, Victoria Theater and YMCA of Greater Dayton.

“Lindsay’s fine arts background influences her design work,” said Jonah Otchy, associate creative director. “The creative team is excited to learn from her unique perspective. She has already shown how she can contribute to the diversity of ideas we deliver to our clients.”
