DAYTON, Ohio, July 16, 2019 — TriComB2B, a national agency focused on business-to-business (B2B) marketing of technical products and services, announced today it has hired three full-time employees. Chris Rashilla Barton and Kelley Lay join the client services team to support the agency’s new business and existing clients. Peter Gillaspy joins the agency’s creative department in response to TriComB2B’s continued growth and expanding portfolio of work.
Barton joins TriComB2B as a strategic account executive. She brings more than 30 years of client and agency experience to TriComB2B, with specializations in global marketing communications, customer advocacy and marketing program design. In her new role, she is responsible for interfacing with client marketing leadership and managing and executing projects in collaboration with internal and external teams.
Lay joins the TriComB2B client services team as a project manager, responsible for developing strategic marketing programs for clients and interfacing with client and agency resources. She previously worked in the technology sector for a business research and risk management company as a marketing manager.
Gillaspy joins the agency as a creative services associate, bolstering TriComB2B’s digital design and creative capabilities as the organization continues to expand in these areas. Previously, he worked for a Cincinnati-based design agency, where he developed web and print marketing materials.
