Who you are:
A creative mind with experience in developing ideas, strategy and design for print, digital and motion marketing.

What you have:
We’re looking for an organized, passionate, open-minded, empathetic and curious visual thinker and lifelong learner. Ideally, you also have:
•    Years of experience in an agency/marketing environment
•    Competency with the suite of Adobe products
•    Comfort in a variety of presentation settings: one-on-one; small/large groups; among peers, direct reports and supervisors
•    A forward-thinking curiosity for marketing and design trends
•    Confidence in directing the creative process and managing resources
•    Proven ability to apply a concept across media   (social, digital, motion and more)

Bonus skills:
Here’s what would be really cool for you to have (but not necessarily a deal breaker):
•    Coding and content management systems (no need for mastery, but familiarity and knowledge are pluses)    
•    Ideas for designing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies  
•    Understanding of how SEO/SEM relates to the success of a campaign
