TriComB2B Named as 2012 “Best Places to Work” Winner
One of Only 15 Dayton-area Companies to Receive the Award From the Dayton Business Journal
(VANDALIA, Ohio) Jan. 27, 2012 — TriComB2B was named a 2012 “Best Places to Work” award winner in the small business category by the Dayton Business Journal (DBJ). Companies on the list were classified as large, medium or small and TriComB2B was one of only 15 companies to receive an award this year.
This is the eighth year in a row the DBJ has conducted this awards program. Each company had to register in advance so their employees could complete an anonymous, online survey about their workplace. The results of the surveys were quantified, tabulated and used as the basis to give each company a composite score, which was then used to determine the 15 winners.
“Of all the awards we win, this is the one of which we feel most proud,” said agency principal, John Buscemi. “We are keenly aware that our agency’s success is tied directly to our talented and productive co-workers. We feel it is our job to ensure their work environment is as comfortable and positive as possible. The credit ultimately goes to our associates ― they set the tone each day and make our culture what it is.”
This is the third time in four years that TriComB2B was named to the list.
