TriComB2B Hires Zack Ruef as Video, Animation and Motion Graphics Developer

(VANDALIA, Ohio) March 22, 2012 — TriComB2B, a BtoB Magazine Top 150 agency dealing exclusively in business to business marketing of technical products and services, has hired Zack Ruef as a video, animation and motion graphics developer. Ruef is responsible for translating marketing and business requirements into concepts, and designing and producing video and motion graphics on behalf of TriComB2B and its clients.

Prior to joining TriComB2B, Ruef worked in California as a lead animator for Vertical Production Development, and as an independent contractor in computer graphics artistry. In 2011, Ruef worked on various Hollywood films, including “Thor” and “Harry Potter,” while simultaneously obtaining his first patent as an inventor for the industrial design of a medical device for MBio Diagnostics, Inc. Before pursuing a career in the arts, Ruef served as a firefighter and paramedic for the Dayton Fire Department. In all, he brings an extensive resume of video, animation and graphic design experience, as well as an exciting creative and artistic aptitude to TriComB2B.

Ruef earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the International Academy of Design and Technology, and a Master of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute. In his free time, he enjoys creating art,working on independent films and animations, and spending time with his two nephews.
